Privacy at Invite

Invite needs scheduling data to help you plan with other people. We aim to collect only what the product needs, keep sharing under your control, and explain what happens to your information.

Information you provide

We process account details such as your email, profile name, avatar, calendars, events, guests, invitations, availability preferences, friends, groups, and the instructions you submit to Ask Invite.

If you connect or sign in through another provider, that provider may share basic identity information with us. Signing in with Google does not, by itself, connect or import your Google Calendar.

How information is used

We use your information to authenticate you, render your calendar, coordinate invitations and availability, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and operate the product features you choose.

Ask Invite prepares reviewable scheduling drafts. The product is designed so a draft is not the same as an applied calendar change.

Sharing and visibility

You control which calendars and availability details you share. Event guests receive the details needed for an invitation and RSVP. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers may process limited information on our behalf for hosting, authentication, database, email delivery, and product operations, subject to their applicable agreements and safeguards.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. Deleted product items may remain temporarily in trash or backups before removal.

You can update profile and notification settings in the app. Account export and deletion controls are being completed; until they are available in-product, contact us to request access or deletion.

International use and changes

Invite can be used across timezones, and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We will update this notice when our practices materially change and show the new effective date here.
